Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for oversized furniture.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
